I decided to try this place out because they had the cheapest mani and pedicure combo and they are offering a 5% discount with any services since they are under new management. Their customer service was nice. The person doing my nails make sure she understood what I wanted. I also asked for a 3 free polish and they tried their best to accommodate for it. I got a regular manicure and pedicure. Not sure if their top coat is old but it left a bunch of tiny bubbles on my nails. I also had to ask them to put additional coats of color because the color was streaky and I did not feel comfortable paying for. You can also tell they rushed the top coat because it wasn’t put on the whole nail. I will not be coming back to get my nails done here.

I wanted to like this place because the people were nice but they did not come out good. They were supposed to be stiletto, i even asked for them extra pointy. They’re also thick and uneven and there a glob of clear gel polish hanging off the side of one of my nails.

Worst pedicure in town. 55 bucks?? I wanted to go back in and have it redone but was pressed for time. I will never go back. They’re so many other great places that cost less and do wonderful work.

I just started coming here & as soon as I walked in the door the staff was very friendly! They made conversation with you. I got a card for me to come back. When I came back the 2 time I didn’t expect them to remember me. But by surprise they do! They take time to talk to their customers. We talked & had laughs. The lady doing my nails did awesome. This will be my new nail place while i’m here.

Was given a gift certificate for Christmas. Used it this morning. Kelly did my nails and did a fantastic job. Cherry did my toes and did a fantastic job as well. Definitely we’ll be back.

Critical:QualityMy technician rushed through the whole process. Did not push cuticles back. The acrylic is so thick. I told her the nail was crooked but she said it was the shape of my finger (thumb). My daughters pedicure lasted 5 minutes. I’ve never seen anything like this place. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I normally get my nails done in Wilmington and decided to try a place in Jacksonville. I wanted pretty nails. I normally don’t complain, but this was by far the worst experience in all of the years having my nails done. I moved here from Fl looking for a nail salon – within 1 day the backs of my acrylic nails started coming up . I went back to have it fixed and they are still lifting. I won’t go back . They are also to thick and some are wider than the others. First time going in there the lady on the right was very rude. When I went back to have her fix the problem, she tried to claim it was my nail .

I only like to get my nails done by the male there. He’s cool and takes pride in doing the nails. It’s fast and not expensive which is perfect for mamas who want to get pampered but not break bank or take too much time.

The guy that did my pedi (Tang) I believe was his name. He was a great conversationalist, But my pedi is horrible. My nails are cut at angles, bottoms of my feet are still rough and polish doesn’t even cover my nails fully. Wasn’t worth the 25.00. I removed the excess polish off of my skin before taking these pictures.

I have been there in the past and received quality services. However, this time the person doing my pedicure seemed rushed. She was friendly and talked a lot but my pedicure was polish was sloppy . Portions of my nail were not covered. My granddaughter could have done a better job.Pedicure
